For this iconic destination, the mission was to bring to life a fully bespoke furniture collection, entirely produced to design and carefully crafted to interpret and elevate the instantly recognizable elegance that defines Tihany Design.

At The Penrose Room at The Broadmoor, luxury is not only seen — it is experienced. It is expressed through atmosphere, materiality, craftsmanship, and the emotional connection that unfolds between space and guest.

“We are deeply honored to have contributed to this project and sincerely thank Alessia Genova for involving us in this prestigious coollaboration, with her team at Tihany Design.”

For this prestigious project, we oversaw the technical development, executive engineering, and in-house manufacturing of selected bespoke furnishings, transforming the design concept into a curated collection of custom-made elements crafted with the highest level of precision.

Each piece we produced was conceived as a unique element, developed through the selection of exceptional raw materials and enhanced by refined finishes and premium upholstery. Our core expertise lies in the ability to transform ambitious design concepts into sophisticated, tailor-made furniture solutions where craftsmanship, innovation, and meticulous attention to detail converge.

Every detail was executed with absolute precision — from refined stitching and handcrafted finishes to the tactile quality of surfaces — ensuring that elegance is perceived not only visually, but sensorially.

The result is an immersive dining environment where design, craftsmanship, and luxury converge, transforming the experience at The Penrose Room into a refined expression of contemporary hospitality.

Particular attention was devoted to the design of the seating elements we produced, for which advanced padding technologies were developed to ensure an uncompromising balance between superior guest comfort and the high-performance standards required in luxury hospitality environments.

With all production carried out entirely in-house within our own manufacturing facilities, we maintain full control over every phase of the process — from engineering and material selection to finishing and final assembly — ensuring uncompromising quality standards and the highest level of precision.

At the core of our operations lies a vertically integrated production model. Each project begins with an in-depth technical development phase, during which design concepts are interpreted and engineered into fully executable solutions. The process then takes shape within our in-house production departments, where over one hundred master craftsmen and specialists — supported by cutting-edge technologies and state-of-the-art machinery — bring each bespoke element to life.

“The Penrose Room has long held a special place in the heart of The Broadmoor, and its reintroduction marks an exciting new chapter in our ongoing legacy of excellence,”

“With the expertise of Tihany Design and our extraordinary culinary team, we’ve created an experience that is both timeless and contemporary, one that honors the spirit of Spencer and Julie Penrose while inviting a new generation of guests to discover the elegance and artistry that define The Broadmoor.”

Jack Damioli, President & CEO di The Broadmoor

The result is a fully integrated production ecosystem, entirely developed within our company facilities, enabling us to guarantee uncompromising quality standards, precise timelines, and full control over project budgets.
