In the heart of the hills of Parma, the Ancelotti Family has launched an ambitious project of regeneration and enhancement of an old building belonging to the family. The aim is to restore the splendour and breathe new life into this historic villa.

The activities of this exciting project have been coordinate by the property manager Valentina Pancini of E.V.E.V.E. Srl, supported by a tema of experts, first of all the Architect Lorenza Croce who translated the concept into a real project. The furnishings manufacture and supply has been carried out by Alessandro Mambrioni from Class Italia, belonging to the Former In Italia Group, company specialized in the production of luxury custom made furniture.

The historic residence is named Tenuta il Poggio and is placed in the Felegara hills, in the Parma area. It is aimed to become a location for weddings, private events, and a luxury bed and breafast. The amenities available at the villa are a spa, an outdoor swimming pool and it is possible to rent the whole villa.
